This approach is then complemented with our astute understanding of The Conscious Competence Ladder, where our programmes are structured based on the stages participants go through when learning a new skill or subject matter. This tried and tested model allows us to craft a programme that appeals to participants at each leaning stage, hence optimising skills absorption while maintaining high engagement levels.
